If you have black bile, you've got an infection. What do your books say about germs?

Obviously, that's what an infection is. They don't say anything about germs. What are they?

You get diseases from germs. If you have an infection, it's probably because you got one from bacteria off your hands or something. Bacteria is a type of germ.

You can't get rid of them, they're everywhere.
